PDK is a local gathering flavored with Southern tradition. The locally-owned casual eatery serves a fresh take on Southern favorites with its signature chicken and waffles, delicious shrimp and grits, and PDK burger dishes. Unique treats line the cupboards of PDK's open pantry and marketplace where friends can find home-grown produce and local favorite treats as well. History

Established in 2018.

PDK is Southern fast casual concept that we started with our flagship store in Bellevue, TN followed by our Mt Juliet location in 2019. Peter & Kristin Demos wanted to open a fast casual restaurant where families could grab a quick, delicious meal that fits around their busy schedule. The decor was chosen to highlight their love of Southern food and markets and also to highlight their love of supporting social causes. Therefore, several of the items sold in the "pantry" go back to support many local and global social causes. Recognizing that the kitchen is usually the central gathering spot in most southern homes, they wanted to provide a cute and chic but comfy kitchen atmosphere that their customers would feel comfortable grabbing a quick meal or hanging out chatting with friends for as long as they want! We've even had customers bring in board games to play with friends while drinking our homemade sweet tea... nothing scream "life in the south" more than that!
